Project report endpoint now includes tentative projects

GET /reports/projects/{projectId} (Show metrics, beta) now returns data for tentative projects instead of failing to find them. As in the in-app Project Overview Report, days scheduled before today are treated as not having materialised and are excluded from a tentative project's metrics; confirmed projects are unchanged. This also applies to the period breakdown (?periodType=...).
